This picture is based on the above song "Medicine Man" by The Hush Sound, and one of the gods of Kushiel's Scion, Asclepius, a healer. "Asclepius, I remembered, was born of death; Apollo's son, torn from his dead mother's mortal womb. A strange way to beget a healer." -- Kushiel's Scion Asclepius was said to carry a staff with a serpent wound around it that would whisper things in his ear, hence the snake on my horse's leg ^^ The symbols on the horse are the outline of the circle -- "symbol of wholeness, unending life force, and the unity of creation—the beginning and end of all things. It attunes with the all. It is complete, and draws together and encompasses all that is. It also represents duality, inside and outside, but shows, in its completeness, that apparent duality resolves itself in unity, in one being." and the Trine, "It awakens the mind to the higher levels. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
