... it's been well over a hundred years since humans fell to their own sins - greed, lust, sloth, the works. their souls were consumed by hell, bartered off for money, sex and countless lavish, useless items. the human race was lost to them, the hellspawn coming to collect what they were owned. but, the demons didn't think into the future, and with no human souls to twist and defile, they realized there own uselessness. and so, at their masters' bidding and whips, they've return to the surface to try and sway the souls of those who remain - the horse.

Welcome to Nocturne, a land run by demons with a few small fractions of resistance, free lands. some horses fight back against them, others have given in to the lure of power and strength.
