Peafrie Breeding Rules

General Rules
You must be a member of the Peafowl-Friesian group before requesting a breeding
I have the right to decline any breeding I do not wish to participate in.
Please be sure to check bloodlines before requesting a breeding.

Availability
The status of my peafowls can be seen as such:

Open
This peafowl is available for breedings and has no restriction on number of breedings. It is still possible that I will deny a request if I do not like the proposed pairing, but it is less likely.

 Semi-Restricted
This peafowl is available for breedings, however there may be some restrictions to number of breedings and colors bred to.

Restricted
This peafowl is available for breedings, however they can only be bred a certain number of times and to certain colors. There may be fees associated with this type.

Closed
This peafowl is not available for breedings.

Breeding Fees
In general, most of my peafowl are free to breed, providing foals are divided up. Fees are generally only associated with Exotic & Birthday colors.

Exotic Peafowls
I currently have 3 Imperial peafowl. As Exotics have the most limited slots of any other type and are generally expensive to purchase, their slots are very restricted and do have fees. Please see each Imperial for their fees because they may vary.

Note, due to the nature of Imperials, any breeding fee associated with them will be doubled if you wish to breed them to a non-Imperial.

Birthday Colors
These are color restrictive to only birthday colors of the same type, or other very specific other colors.
Birthday slots cost either:
350
$3 USD
1 Slot to any birthday color horse

The slot can absolutely be to the same color as the one you are requesting a breeding to.

Breeding Pictures
 If you are requesting the breeding, then you are most likely going to do the breeding pictures.
 I will only do BPs on breedings of 3 or less rolls.
 You are allowed to have someone else do the BPs for you, but I will not help pay their fee if they have one.

Foal Design
 I love designing foals and am happy to do so.
 There is no fee to design the foals for you
 If you wish to design the foals please know that I will look at your gallery for examples first and will base my decision on that
 If you want a specific designer to design the foals for you, please note me so we can discuss that ^^

Number of Breedings
 If a peafowl is open/unlimited, you may request however many breedings you want!
 Peafowls that are semi-restricted will state how many breedings you can request on their reference sheet
 Exotic/Birthday colors are covered above

Requesting a Breeding
Once you've sorted all the above out, complete this form and comment on the reference sheet of the peafowl you'd like the breed to. If you would like a breeding between two of my horses, only comment on one.

"Goals" refers to what you're looking to get out of the breeding. Are you looking to achieve a specific color or hybrid? Do you just want foal fodder to sell off to make some points/money? Do you love the design of my horse and want a baby from them? Etc. There is no wrong answer! It just helps to know

Dividing Up Foals
If I am designing the foals, you will have first choice of up to half the foals. In the case of odd numbers, you will have the option of buying the odd-foal at a 60% discount.

Example:
in a breeding of 2, you'll get 1 foal
in a breeding of 6, you'll get 3 foals.

If you are designing the foals I will claim:
1 foal in sets of 2-3
2 foals in sets of 4-6
3 foals in sets of 7-9
If there are more than 9 breedings being done we will discuss foal dividing before the breeding happens.

Selling Foals
 If I am selling leftover foals from the breeding, you can purchase any/all of them at a 30% discount
 Should you decide to sell off foals later on, you are more than welcome to
 You do not need to notify me, but it is always nice


Affiliated Stables
Affiliated stables have access to unlimited breedings to any open or semi-restricted peafowls! They will also have access to any restricted peafowls with the exception of birthday and imperials (they can still pay the fees to breed to them, of course!). They do not need to give me any resulting foals from breedings (although it would be nice ;D). They do need to let me know if/when they are planning to use a horse for a breeding, but their breeding will be auto-approved.

Affiliated Stables will also have early access for purchasing any foals that I create and/or am selling off, and usually at a discount (or free, depending ^^). All affiliates can be seen in my "peafowl corner" section of my main page.

While I'm not actively seeking more affiliates right now, you can always note me if you'd like to become one!
